Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on the carrier, but typically take 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your package.

Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded.
